You will be taken to the booking calendar at True Zen Wellness for your appointment with the doctor. There you will choose your date and the doctor's office will email your confirmation and all in-take forms to complete the process securely online. To ensure The THC Firm receives all patient documentation from the doctor's office, please make sure to fill in the REFERRED BY tab with The THC Firm.
Visit with our physician for 10 - 15 minutes to determine if you qualify for a Missouri medical marijuana card. Upon completion of your appointment, if approved, the doctor will complete an Electronic Certification through the state portal.
After your medical marijuana card appointment with Dr. Stranckmeyer, you will be sent an email by one of our THC Firm consultants to set up your FREE Basics Cannabis Consultation appointment ( A $45 VALUE). At this 20 - 30 minute appointment, your personal consultant will discuss and answer questions about using cannabis as medicine.
The THC Firm will register and submit the online application(s) to the state using the patient information securely transmitted from the doctor. The THC Firm does all of the filing for YOU! (Medical card appointment cost does not include fees to the state. $25 state application plus processing fees are due at the time of the application.)
After your application has been submitted to the state, The THC Firm will send you an email with your Missouri Medical Marijuana portal sign-in and temporary password. The department will either approve or deny the application within 30 days of receipt of the completed application. An electronic medical marijuana card is issued by the state - The THC Firm will not send it to you. Once you have been approved, you can log into the Missouri MMJ Portal to download and print your card.

You must be a Missouri resident to apply for a medical marijuana card.
Patients must be 18 years old or over in order to qualify for a medical
marijuana card, however, patients under the age of 18 will need a parent
or guardian to register as their caregiver.
You must have a qualifying medical condition. Per Article XIV of the
Missouri Constitution, a qualifying medical condition is:
Intractable migraines unresponsive to other treatment
A chronic medical condition that causes severe, persistent pain or
persistent muscle spasms, including but not limited to those associated
with multiple sclerosis, seizures, Parkinson's disease, and Tourette's
Debilitating psychiatric disorders, including, but not limited to,
post-traumatic stress order, if diagnosed by a state-licensed
Human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune deficiency syndrome
A chronic medical condition that is normally treated with a prescription
medications that could lead to physical or psychological dependence,
when a physician determines that medical use of marijuana could be
effective in treating that condition and would serve as a safer
alternative to the prescription medication
A terminal illness
In the professional judgment of a physician, any other chronic,
debilitating or other medical condition, including, but not limited to,
amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's
disease, Huntington's disease, autism, neuropathies, sickle cell anemia,
agitation of Alzheimer's disease, cachexia, and wasting syndrome.
Currently, Missouri medical marijuana cards permit possession of 4
ounces of marijuana (32 MMEs) every 30 days. A
recommendation/certification from two physicians is required for amounts
in excess of the possession limit. In Missouri, recreational cannabis
use is not permitted.

- 1 MME = 3.5 grams of marijuana flower
- 1 MME = 1 gram marijuana concentrate
- 1 MME = 100mg marijuana-infused edible

A Missouri cultivation license must be obtained by medical patients and
caregivers who wish to grow marijuana. In addition to the $25 patient
medical marijuana card application fee, the grow license costs $100. A
cultivation license allows the growing of up to six flowering and six
nonflowering plants inside a closed, locked facility at one time. In
order to grow cannabis at home, you must first ensure that you are

Caregivers are adults over 21 who are responsible in some way for a
medical marijuana patient's medication. They are authorized to
purchase, possess, and handle their patients' medical marijuana, and
sometimes even grow for them. Caregivers can care for three patients at
a time. You must have a signed Missouri patient authorization form
naming you as the MMJ patient's caregiver. A patient may have two
caregivers and only a parent or guardian can be a primary caregiver for
